During the winter and early spring, Fin Action Charters will take you to swim with the manatees, or just look at them, if you want. Crystal River is seven miles long flowing to the Gulf of Mexico. The head of the river is Kings Bay and the location of 28 of the springs which harbors approximately 350 manatees during the winter. This cruise can include a boat ride to the gulf, a trip up to the main spring or the Three Sisters spring with an opportunity to swim with manatees.
